Larry Sanders – The 24 year old, 6’11 Center was taken out of Virginia State University in the 2010 pre season draft with the Milwaukee Bucks 15th overall pick.
Sanders is now in the third season of his career with the Milwaukee Bucks and it has been an impressive one to date. In fact, in 24.6 minutes of play, Sanders is averaging 8ppg, 8.3rpg and is leading the league in blocks with 3.3 per game. Sanders sits ahead of second placed Serge Ibaka who is currently averaging 2.9 blocks per game.
But it is perhaps his more recent statistics that may impress you the most.
Sanders has recorded a total of 25 blocks in his last five games for the Bucks, averaging 5 blocks per game. Suffice to say that Larry Sanders is having a ‘block party’.
